Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and create visually compelling designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media assets, and other digital content that align with our brand’s aesthetic. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and online ads that engage and inform our audience. You’ll develop design concepts for various campaigns, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards. You’ll be involved in creating layouts, typography, and iconography for web and mobile platforms to improve user experience. You’ll design logos, icons, and other visual elements that are easily recognizable and help strengthen the brand’s presence. You’ll assist in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and design functionality. You’ll work on designing both static and interactive assets for websites, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide guidance to junior designers or freelance contributors when needed, helping keep quality consistent.
• Help build out templates or reusable layouts to make future content creation faster and more scalable.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing, product, or content teams to turn briefs into polished designs that communicate clearly.
• Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines while communicating progress clearly to remote teams.
• Handle light copy adjustments when needed (e.g., spacing, tone tweaks) and flag issues that impact design balance.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working within brand guidelines or creating them from scratch.
• Familiar with design collaboration tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Google Drive.
• Enjoys solving visual problems and exploring unique design directions.
• Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-friendly, and remote-first environment.
• Can design marketing materials such as banners, ads, presentations, and social templates.
