Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Digital Illustrator to join our team and bring visually stunning artwork to life. You’ll be responsible for creating original digital illustrations for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, websites, and social media content. You’ll collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop unique illustrations that align with brand guidelines. You’ll use industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital tools to create high-quality artwork. You’ll translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling illustrations, maintaining a consistent style across different projects. You’ll adapt your illustration style to suit the project’s tone, whether it’s minimalist, detailed, or whimsical. You’ll ensure all illustrations are optimized for digital use, including resizing and formatting to meet project specifications. You’ll assist in refining and iterating on designs based on feedback from the team and clients, ensuring final approvals are met.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain organized file structures, layer naming, and version control for easier collaboration and future editing.
• Adjust illustrations to fit different aspect ratios, formats, or platforms (e.g., Instagram carousels vs web headers).
• Prepare illustrations for motion or UX integration—ensuring clean paths, scalable resolution, and export-friendly formats.
• Revise and refine artwork based on feedback, maintaining consistency in color, proportion, and visual storytelling.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic across campaigns or products while still allowing space for creative variation.

Preferred:

• Comfortable illustrating in various formats — from print-ready files to web-optimized graphics.
• Understands how to use light, shadow, and texture to enhance depth and mood.
• Experience with creating assets for animation, storyboards, or motion graphics is a plus.
• Can prepare final files with proper naming, resolution, and export settings.
• Pays close attention to visual consistency, proportions, and brand guidelines.
