Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team and bring dynamic visuals to life. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating graphics for videos, advertisements, social media, and web content. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboard ideas, and create visually compelling animations. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create dynamic, high-quality motion graphics. You’ll use tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, effects, and 3D elements. You’ll ensure that all animations are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll help bring static designs to life, using animation techniques to add excitement, emotion, and energy to content. You’ll assist in the development of video campaigns, using motion graphics to support storytelling and drive engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain consistency across animated content so the brand identity feels unified across all platforms.
• Design for accessibility and clarity—make sure motion enhances the experience, not overwhelms it.
• Manage and organize motion project files, keeping layers, comps, and assets clean and editable for team collaboration.
• Stay up to date with animation trends, styles, and tools to keep your work modern and relevant.
• Ensure animations are optimized for platform-specific specs and don’t impact page speed or playback quality.

Preferred:

• Willing to receive feedback and iterate quickly based on creative direction.
• Comfortable working from scripts, audio tracks, or existing branding guidelines.
• Thrives in fast-paced creative environments with remote collaboration.
• Comfortable working with vector graphics, 2D assets, and layered compositions.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, or Video Lead.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and delivering animations on time while managing multiple projects. You’ll contribute to the development of creative assets, including title sequences, lower thirds, and logo animations for marketing campaigns. You’ll ensure that animations are optimized for performance and quality, paying attention to file sizes, formats, and resolutions. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas and creative solutions for animations and visual effects. You’ll provide creative input in brainstorming sessions, contributing to the development of new animation styles and approaches. You’ll manage project files and deliver completed animations on time and within project specifications. This remote role provides flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic creative team.
