Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and design intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that meet both user and business needs. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into interactive, intuitive designs. You’ll conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and preferences, using this information to improve the user experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the design system is consistent across all platforms and devices, creating cohesive experiences. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and optimize the user experience. You’ll participate in usability testing, gathering feedback from users and iterating on designs to improve usability and functionality. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs and ensure high-quality user experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ultimately, design with empathy, clarity, and purpose—so users can enjoy products that just make sense.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistent cross-platform branding.
• Create pixel-perfect layouts while still leaving room for developer flexibility when needed.
• Design onboarding flows, dashboards, forms, mobile navs, and other core components of SaaS or consumer apps.
• Support multiple projects at once while maintaining design integrity, deadlines, and internal standards.

Preferred:

• Comfortable balancing creativity with product constraints and technical feasibility.
• Comfortable presenting design ideas and justifying decisions based on user needs and business goals.
