Description:
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee with a passion for digital products — no experience required, just curiosity and a desire to learn UX/UI from the ground up. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, learning how to turn briefs into beautiful, usable visuals that communicate clearly and look amazing. We’ll teach you how to design for clarity, usability, and consistency across web and mobile platforms. You’ll learn tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch — and how to turn ideas into clickable prototypes. We’ll show you how to work with mood boards, type pairings, product photography, and visual storytelling. We’ll show you how to take content ideas and turn them into visuals people want to save, share, and remember. You’ll learn to adapt visual direction to different platforms — Instagram, email, website banners, printed cards, and more. We’ll help you build a strong design process: research, sketching, wireframing, execution, and final delivery. You’ll understand how design connects with views, likes, watch time, and conversion — not just aesthetics.
Basic Qualifications:
- Create style guides, templates, or reusable assets to keep workflows smooth.
- Test how designs feel to actual users—not just how they look on your screen.
- Animate simple assets (if needed) for social or web using After Effects or similar.
- Participate in brainstorms and toss out weird ideas—you never know what might click.
- Archive files neatly so nothing gets lost six months later when someone needs it again.
Preferred:
- Able to design for both print and digital formats, including flyers, brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Willing to revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Familiar with accessibility best practices in visual content (contrast, readability, alt text).
- Pays attention to brand consistency and able to work within established style guides.
- Can work independently and also contribute to team brainstorming and creative sessions.
Benefits:
- If you love pixels, purpose, and punchy visuals — this is your playground.
- Access to paid tools — Adobe CC, Figma Pro, stock sites, and more.
- You’ll never be asked to “make the logo bigger” (okay, maybe once — but we’ll laugh about it).
- Get paid to turn ideas into visuals that make people stop scrolling.
- A team that speaks your language — kerning jokes and color theory welcome.
We’ll help you build templates, style guides, and fast-production habits for content calendars and brand kits. We love motion, memes, minimalism, and maximum impact — and you’ll be encouraged to test all of it. We value design that’s not just pretty, but purposeful — and you’ll learn how to think visually and strategically. You’ll start building a portfolio of real work that reflects your growth, style, and problem-solving skills. You’ll begin to see how design choices affect conversion, retention, and the full user journey. No design school? You’ll learn how to communicate like a designer, think like a marketer, and create like an artist. If you’re ready to go from casual creative to confident content designer — we’re ready to help you grow there. If you’re ready to turn your visual passion into a polished creative career — we’re ready to grow with you.
