We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who can bring fresh, viral content to life with just a few clicks. If you're a creative thinker with an eye for editing and trends, this role is for you. You’ll be working with everything from raw footage to brand new ideas, transforming them into dynamic, fun, and shareable videos. We’re looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into something captivating, all while making sure it aligns with Instagram’s fast-paced environment. The key to success here is speed and creativity — we need someone who can quickly turn around edits and make them feel fresh and authentic.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with graphic designers and animators when additional visuals or overlays are needed.
• Test different caption styles, CTA placements, and video lengths to optimize for reach and retention.
• Cut down raw footage into engaging 15–60 second clips that hook viewers fast.
• Push boundaries with bold edits, experimental formats, and fast-paced storytelling.
• Experiment with formats: voiceovers, behind-the-scenes, tutorial-style, quick edits, and more.

Preferred:

• Enjoys fast-paced creative challenges and adapting to new trends quickly.
• Keeps a library of favorite Reels for inspiration and analysis.
• Has a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling within 30-60 seconds.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels features, trends, and viral formats.
• Knows how to use text overlays, captions, and effects to enhance viewer retention.
