Description:

We’re looking for a Psychology / Coaching Trainee who’s passionate about human growth, mindset shifts, and helping people unlock their full potential — no experience needed, just empathy and a deep curiosity about how people think and grow. You’ll assist in preparing coaching materials, emotional health check-ins, and mindset-building exercises for real clients. We’ll guide you through the art of asking powerful questions, not giving advice, but facilitating awareness and change. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to learn the basics of cognitive-behavioral frameworks, habit building, and mindset coaching. You’ll take notes during live sessions, track progress, and observe different coaching styles and techniques. You’ll support the tracking of progress and help turn breakthroughs into actionable next steps. We’ll guide you in developing your own communication and listening skills through roleplay and real feedback. You’ll also help design daily routines, affirmations, and productivity tools that clients can use between sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Build a safe, confidential space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Maintain detailed notes while respecting confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Know when to push, when to pause, and when to just listen in silence.
• Break down complex psychological concepts into relatable, everyday language.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Skilled in active listening, emotional intelligence, and providing non-judgmental space for reflection.
• Familiar with tools like CBT, mindfulness, goal setting, journaling, or strengths-based coaching.
• Able to work with individuals from diverse cultural or professional backgrounds.
• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
