Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who can see both the details in the data and the bigger picture of customer experience. You’ll be responsible for designing CRM processes that actually support the way our team works — not slow it down. You’ll help us better understand our audience by organizing, segmenting, and tracking customer interactions from first touch to loyal user. You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales campaigns, automate follow-ups, and generate reports that actually matter. You’ll clean messy data, merge duplicates, and establish naming conventions that make sense for everyone. You know how to translate business goals into workflows, filters, and reports that actually make sense. You’ll build and maintain data pipelines, segment audiences, and optimize lead flows with precision. You’ll troubleshoot integration issues, fine-tune email logic, and test flows before they ever go live. If an integration breaks, you’re the first to spot it and already have a fix or workaround in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage role-based access controls to ensure users only see what they need and protect sensitive data.
• Coordinate with developers or external tools when custom CRM integrations are required (e.g., connecting with Stripe, Calendly, Intercom).
• Pull reports and dashboards for leadership teams on sales performance, customer retention, and engagement trends.
• Work with sales and marketing leads to refine lead scoring, tagging, and routing based on performance insights.
• Assist in planning and executing CRM-driven campaigns, including email sequences, follow-ups, and lifecycle nurturing.

Preferred:

• Can set up and optimize workflows, email sequences, and lead scoring systems.
• Can quickly learn new platforms or adapt to a company’s unique CRM stack.
• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
• Understands GDPR compliance, data privacy, and responsible contact management.
• Understands how CRM supports sales funnels, customer success, and team alignment.
