Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing visually appealing interfaces while ensuring they are easy to use and navigate. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into interactive, intuitive designs. You’ll create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions. You’ll conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights that inform design decisions. You’ll ensure that the design is consistent, intuitive, and aesthetically aligned with the brand’s identity. You’ll perform usability testing, gathering feedback from users and iterating on designs to improve the user experience. You’ll participate in design critiques and collaborate with the team to improve and refine designs before final delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create handoff-ready files and documentation that make implementation smooth for frontend developers.
• Collaborate asynchronously with remote teams—sharing updates via Notion, Slack, Loom, or Miro boards.
• Help identify UX pain points in live products and propose thoughtful, user-centric improvements.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Balance aesthetic quality with practical UX—your designs should feel beautiful *and* get users where they need to go.

Preferred:

• Knows how to conduct basic user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback.
• Open to participating in team rituals like design critiques, sprints, and reviews.
• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-driven, and remote-first design teams.
• Comfortable presenting design ideas and justifying decisions based on user needs and business goals.
• Able to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders remotely.
