Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who sees clothing as both design and dialogue — someone who brings concept, culture, and construction together in bold, intentional ways. You’ll lead the design process for collections that challenge norms, explore form, and communicate meaning through silhouette and material. From concept development to final fittings, you’ll shape every detail: proportion, structure, texture, and attitude. You’ll translate research and reference into sketches, mockups, and fully realized pieces that feel modern and memorable. We expect you to work closely with pattern makers and sample developers to explore structure, movement, and technical possibilities. You’ll select fabrics, trims, colors, and details that elevate function, movement, and emotional impact. Your process should balance innovation and discipline — knowing when to push and when to pare back. You’ll guide design development from idea to production, making choices that are bold but buildable, stylish but real. You’ll also consider cost, scale, and construction from the start — designing with both design integrity and commercial success in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design seasonal lines with a clear concept, story, and cohesive aesthetic.
• Help prepare for fashion shows, campaigns, or lookbook shoots, ensuring every piece shines on camera.
• Take ownership of your creative voice while being open to feedback from the team.
• Collaborate with patternmakers, seamstresses, and manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced.
• Keep digital files, sketches, and samples organized for future reference or re-use.

Preferred:

• Experience designing collections from concept to production, including mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection.
• Able to support fashion shows, lookbooks, or e-commerce shoots with creative styling and coordination.
• Knowledge of textiles, material sourcing, and fabric behavior in different silhouettes and wear conditions.
• Can sketch ideas both digitally and by hand to communicate creative direction.
• Can adapt designs based on feedback, trend forecasts, or customer data insights.
