We’re searching for a Dental Assistant who understands that behind every smile is a person who deserves care and comfort. You’ll be the quiet reassurance when someone walks in nervous and leaves smiling. You’ll assist during procedures with sharp attention and smooth timing — no need to be told twice. From taking X-rays to passing instruments mid-procedure, you’ll be right where you need to be, every time. You’ll assist with X-rays, impressions, suction, and everything in between — always one step ahead. You’ll monitor patient comfort, hand off instruments, and keep things flowing smoothly during every procedure. You’ll track procedures, update charts, and keep meticulous records that make follow-up smooth and accurate. You’ll be responsible for infection control and patient safety — and you take both seriously. You’ll help patients understand what just happened and what comes next, turning medical language into something human.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help maintain dental equipment such as autoclaves, suction systems, curing lights, and chairs—reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Disinfect and organize dental tools, equipment, and operatories in accordance with OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Maintain patient records by recording treatment information, vitals, and updates accurately in the dental practice software.
• Prepare materials for dental impressions, fillings, crowns, or sealants, ensuring proper consistency and usage.
• Assist with patient charting during exams—recording observations, noting areas of concern, and capturing dentist’s recommendations.

Preferred:

• Able to adapt quickly to new routines, protocols, or updated software systems.
• Can calmly manage situations involving anxious patients, children, or medical emergencies.
• Wants to grow into roles like Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) or Office Manager.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced practice with multiple patients and priorities.
• Willing to assist with inventory tracking, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
