We’re looking for a WordPress Assistant who knows their way around the dashboard like it’s second nature and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty with plugins, themes, and a little bit of HTML/CSS. You’ve probably helped launch sites, fix bugs, update content, and troubleshoot the occasional plugin meltdown — all without breaking a sweat. You’ve likely worked with Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or WPBakery, and you understand how to build or edit pages without breaking anything. You’re comfortable handling basic customizations with HTML and CSS, and you’re not afraid to dive into a plugin’s settings to get things just right. Maybe you’ve migrated a few sites, optimized image sizes, or set up contact forms that *actually* work. You don’t need to be a full-stack developer, but you understand the basics of how WordPress runs — and when to Google the rest.

Basic Qualifications:

• Update site headers, footers, menus, and widgets as needed across pages.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness across devices and screen sizes by testing and tweaking layouts.
• Stay organized by maintaining documentation of changes, plugins used, and login credentials (securely, of course).
• Be ready to jump in for small urgent tasks—fixing a typo, updating a banner, or swapping out a broken link.
• Provide basic support to content creators or clients on how to navigate and use the admin dashboard.

Preferred:

• Organized and responsible when handling logins, user roles, and file uploads.
• Familiar with simple HTML/CSS edits or willing to learn through guided tasks.
• Basic understanding of how WordPress works, including themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Can handle light design tweaks using themes and theme customizers.
• Interested in learning about WordPress performance, caching, and site speed.
