You’ll help guests navigate the menu, suggest options, and handle special requests with attention and care. You’ll clear plates promptly, assist with dessert or coffee orders, and keep the flow smooth from start to finish. You’ll communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are smooth and timing is spot-on. You’ll coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and hosts to keep communication fluid and orders timely. You’ll process payments quickly and accurately, handle split checks, and ensure guests leave satisfied and appreciated.

Basic Qualifications:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and guide them to their table, making them feel welcome right away.
• Be flexible and ready to cover shifts or assist during special events when needed.
• Be attentive without hovering—know when to check in and when to give guests space.
• Assist coworkers during peak hours, whether by running food or helping reset tables.
• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.

Preferred:

• Organized with table assignments, shift tasks, and keeping track of multiple customer requests.
• Can handle complaints calmly and offer solutions or escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Able to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
• Familiar with handling large parties, outdoor seating, or event service when needed.
• Comfortable with multitasking and remaining composed during peak service hours.
