We’re offering a paid Truck Driver Training Program designed to take you from beginner to full-time professional with a guaranteed job at the finish line. You’ll be trusted with company cargo, valuable goods, and tight schedules — and we’ll count on you to treat all three with respect. We know many people want a fresh start, and that’s why our program is structured to build your skills step-by-step with real mentorship, not just theory. You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report issues, and keep your rig in road-ready condition. You’ll be trained in how to inspect your truck before and after each trip, keeping safety first whether it’s 5am or midnight. You’ll get hands-on experience with pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including what to look for, what to log, and when to call it out. You’ll learn how to manage your time, take legal rest breaks, and never rush a job at the cost of safety — or your health. You’ll be supported in every part of the job — from communication to truck care to customer interaction — until you’re ready to handle it solo. You’ll get experience with both highway and rural roads, wide loads and tight docks, quiet stretches and border crossings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor weather, traffic, and road closures to proactively avoid delays or unsafe driving conditions.
• Plan routes and rest breaks efficiently to stay within Hours of Service limits and avoid fatigue-related risks.
• Adapt to different types of vehicles (e.g., box trucks, flatbeds, reefers, tankers) based on job or cargo requirements.
• Keep truck interiors clean and presentable—especially when interacting with customers during regular deliveries.
• Follow protocols for transporting hazardous materials, perishable goods, or oversized loads when applicable.

Preferred:

• Values professionalism, consistency, and safety on every delivery.
• Understands how to read delivery instructions, manifests, and route sheets accurately.
• Capable of keeping detailed and accurate trip reports, fuel receipts, and maintenance logs.
• Understands the importance of customer service, punctuality, and safe driving practices.
• Open to flexible work hours, night driving, weekends, or long-distance routes if required.
