Description:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant who’s curious, organized, and ready to learn how online growth actually happens behind the scenes. You won’t be tucked into a tiny task — you’ll get exposure to content, ads, email, SEO, landing pages, analytics, and all the random things in between. You’ll help schedule posts, write product captions, tweak buttons in our email tool, and learn why that link wasn’t tracking clicks. You’ll work alongside designers, media buyers, and strategists — and pick up more real-world knowledge in one month than most courses give in a year. We’ll give you briefs, expectations, and feedback in writing — and you’ll reply with progress, questions, or a finished task (with notes). You’ll shadow meetings with clients and start to see how feedback turns into action, revisions, and eventually, live campaigns. You’ll write and edit small pieces of content — maybe captions, subject lines, or ad variations — and learn what makes people click, scroll, or bounce. You’ll get exposed to SEO basics, funnel logic, A/B testing, and light design review — just enough to know how they connect. You’ll help test messaging, fix broken links, and pull numbers into reports that make the difference between “guess” and “know.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Coordinate giveaways, influencer outreach, or collaborations by drafting briefs and tracking deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with the marketing team—sharing progress, flagging blockers, and taking initiative where possible.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies used for automation, reporting, or content management.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing metadata, and tracking keyword rankings.
  • Ask smart questions and suggest improvements—your insights matter even if you're early in your marketing career.

Preferred:

  • Wants to grow into roles like Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Manager, or Growth Marketer.
  • Comfortable sourcing visuals or coordinating with design teams to complete content assets.
  • Able to help prepare marketing reports with insights from traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Open to learning how to use ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Understands how to organize and track campaign performance using spreadsheets or dashboards.
