We know many people want a fresh start, and that’s why our program is structured to build your skills step-by-step with real mentorship, not just theory. You’ll get familiar with route planning, weather checks, fuel strategy, and rest stops — because long-haul driving is 50% logistics, 50% discipline. You’ll follow all traffic laws, weight limits, and safety protocols — no shortcuts, no exceptions. You’ll get hands-on experience with pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including what to look for, what to log, and when to call it out. You’ll get familiar with rest stops, safe fueling, truck checks, and how to speak up if something’s not right — even if English isn’t your first language. You’ll understand how to work with dispatch, navigate traffic delays, and still keep a cool, respectful tone on the radio. You’ll learn how to talk with dispatch, use maps or GPS the right way, and avoid mistakes that happen when you're rushed or unsure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow assigned routes and schedules while remaining flexible to adjust for weather, traffic, or road conditions.
• Stay current on CDL endorsements, medical exams, and regulatory requirements to maintain legal driving status.
• Keep truck interiors clean and presentable—especially when interacting with customers during regular deliveries.
• Plan routes and rest breaks efficiently to stay within Hours of Service limits and avoid fatigue-related risks.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability—showing up on time and representing the company well at each stop.

Preferred:

• Familiar with freight types including dry goods, refrigerated, flatbed, or hazardous materials (if endorsed).
• Respects safety rules, traffic laws, and loading dock protocols at all times.
• Able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Values professionalism, consistency, and safety on every delivery.
• Willing to report mechanical issues and assist with basic troubleshooting on the road.
