Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who thrives in a lively atmosphere and knows how to bring positive energy to every table — someone who’s fast on their feet, friendly by nature, and focused on delivering excellent service. You’ll be trained on how to greet guests, take orders, carry trays, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar. You’ll take food and drink orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure each dish is delivered on time and just right. You’ll manage several tables at once, always keeping a calm rhythm and focusing on the experience, not just the speed. You’ll practice how to manage multiple tables, stay organized during busy hours, and move quickly while staying calm. You’ll stay connected with the kitchen and bar to keep timing smooth and courses flowing naturally. You’ll support a clean, organized dining area and help reset tables quickly for the next group of guests. You’ll be part of a team where everyone helps each other — from running food to filling water glasses. You’ll process payments quickly and accurately, handle split checks, and ensure guests leave satisfied and appreciated.

Basic Qualifications:

• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Stay familiar with the full menu—including drinks, desserts, and seasonal items—to provide great recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
• Handle large parties or busy shifts calmly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Handle requests, complaints, or substitutions with patience and professionalism.

Preferred:

• Can handle complaints calmly and offer solutions or escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Background or strong interest in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage.
• Can recommend upsells such as desserts, drinks, or side dishes to enhance customer experience.
• Understands hygiene standards and safe food handling procedures.
• Pays attention to body language and customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
