Description:

We’re looking for a strategic Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee and optimize our gig listings, driving traffic and increasing sales. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll manage client communication, responding to inquiries quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process. You’ll analyze gig performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies to improve visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll help identify opportunities to expand our services, create new gigs, and tap into profitable niches. You’ll handle all aspects of communication with clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a fast response rate. You’ll optimize gig photos, videos, and keywords, making sure everything is aligned with Fiverr’s search engine requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee and optimize Fiverr gig listings—writing clear titles, crafting compelling descriptions, selecting relevant tags, and uploading strong visuals or videos.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.
• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.
• Continuously improve gig performance using Fiverr analytics, feedback, and A/B testing on thumbnails or copy.
• Flag or resolve issues like scope creep, refund requests, or deadline changes diplomatically and efficiently.

Preferred:

• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.
• Wants to grow into roles like Fiverr Account Strategist, Virtual Agency Coordinator, or Freelance Operations Lead.
• Knows how to adjust pricing, delivery times, or package options to align with demand.
• Familiar with keyword research and using SEO best practices within Fiverr’s search system.
• Excited to help scale a Fiverr account by improving efficiency, branding, and client experience.
