Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support daily e-commerce operations. You’ll assist in managing product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and pricing. You’ll assist in order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delivery or returns. You’ll track inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers and properly stocked across all platforms. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotions, special offers, and product launches for increased sales. You’ll handle customer service inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to resolve any issues or concerns. You’ll manage product categorization, ensuring the website is organized and easy for customers to navigate. You’ll update product categories and assist in organizing the website for a streamlined shopping experience for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be flexible and ready to help with anything from uploading a new product to chasing a supplier for tracking info.
• Assist with international store variations (local pricing, translations, shipping rules) if applicable.
• Monitor product inventory, flag low-stock items, and help manage restocking schedules or product discontinuations.
• Maintain internal documentation like product catalogs, SKU sheets, supplier contact lists, and SOPs for key tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve store layout, product presentation, or user experience.

Preferred:

• Values accuracy, presentation, and user experience in online shopping.
• Can follow brand voice and tone when writing or updating product text.
• Organized and detail-oriented with daily checklists for shop maintenance tasks.
• Can help prepare product launches, manage SKUs, and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment services.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, organized, and detail-driven remote environment.
