Description:

We’re looking for a Kindergarten Teacher Trainee — no experience needed, just patience, warmth, and a genuine love for helping children grow. You don’t need prior teaching experience — just patience, responsibility, and a willingness to grow as a role model for young children. We’ll train you step by step — from classroom routines to child safety and early childhood learning basics. You’ll assist lead teachers in creating a structured, supportive environment where children feel safe to explore and learn. You’ll learn how to offer gentle guidance during meltdowns, support communication with visuals or gestures, and celebrate tiny but powerful breakthroughs. You’ll be trained in classroom management, child safety, hygiene procedures, and how to support learning through play. Expect hugs, questions, spills, and surprises — but also laughter, creativity, and small breakthroughs that make it all worth it. We’ll teach you how to observe behavior not as mischief, but as communication — and how to respond with understanding, not judgment. You’ll help children build friendships, solve tiny conflicts, and express big emotions with growing maturity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Encourage curiosity by welcoming questions—even the funny or strange ones.
• Host class events like performances, reading days, or family picnics to build community.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and milestones.
• Support each child’s emotional needs with patience, kindness, and gentle guidance.
• Observe each child’s development and document key moments or concerns.

Preferred:

• Enjoys helping young learners build confidence, curiosity, and kindness.
• Familiar with positive behavior reinforcement, conflict resolution, and redirection techniques.
• Able to create structured lesson plans that include storytelling, play, music, and hands-on activities.
• Committed to health and hygiene standards, including handwashing routines and cleaning toys.
• Can prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and interactive games to enhance learning.
