We’re looking for a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s ready to start a sky-high career in service, safety, and travel — no prior experience required, just professionalism, adaptability, and a warm, calm presence under pressure. You’ll learn how to manage the cabin environment, assist passengers with confidence, and create a sense of safety and calm on every flight. We’ll teach you how to complete pre-flight checks, secure the cabin, and prepare emergency equipment for every scenario. You’ll assist with cabin preparation, luggage storage, and ensuring all passengers are safely secured for takeoff. Expect to handle a wide range of personalities with kindness, efficiency, and respect. You’ll be taught how to give safety demonstrations, use emergency equipment, and follow strict aviation protocols. We’ll show you how to respond to turbulence, medical incidents, and emergency landings with confidence and clarity. You’ll learn international aviation standards, airline policies, and how to work closely with your crew in a tight-knit team. You’ll become familiar with different aircraft layouts and learn to navigate the cabin like second nature.

Basic Qualifications:

• Remain calm and composed during delays, reroutes, or difficult flight conditions.
• Represent the airline's image through appearance, professionalism, and excellent service.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the entire flight.
• Follow airline protocols for service, hygiene, and emergency preparedness at all times.
• Support elderly, disabled, or nervous passengers to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

Preferred:

• Physically fit and able to lift luggage, stand for long periods, and assist with emergency evacuations if needed.
• Enjoys dynamic, high-energy environments where adaptability and resilience are essential.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for international routes.
• Thrives in service-oriented, safety-first teams with global reach and a strong sense of professionalism.
• Willing to assist with boarding, deplaning, and inflight duties like meal and beverage service.
