We’re offering a Web Designer Trainee position for someone who’s ready to turn sketches into scroll-stopping digital experiences — no experience required, just a creative mindset and a desire to grow. You’ll help transform brand guidelines into intuitive, engaging, and consistent web experiences. We’ll teach you how to think in components, grids, and breakpoints to ensure your designs work on every screen size. You’ll learn to use tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD to create clean, modern, and accessible interfaces. Expect to participate in brainstorming sessions where you’ll sketch out ideas before moving to digital tools like Figma or Adobe XD. You’ll learn to think about both user needs and business goals when crafting every screen or interaction. We’ll guide you through best practices in responsive design so your work looks great on any device. You’ll assist in optimizing UI elements for usability, conversion, and engagement. We’ll help you gather feedback from users or stakeholders and adjust your designs accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work within design systems or help create new ones to ensure consistency across pages.
• Ensure visual elements like typography, spacing, and color balance are clean and harmonious.
• Use prototypes to demonstrate interactions, transitions, and user flow.
• Be open to collaboration, critique, and iteration—it’s part of the craft.
• Design with accessibility in mind—think contrast, readability, and keyboard navigation.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in web design, UI/UX, graphic design, or digital product development.
• Open to conducting basic usability tests or A/B testing to validate design effectiveness.
• Experience designing responsive websites that adapt gracefully across devices and screen sizes.
• Organized with file versioning, design folders, and project timelines.
• Able to create wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with brand identity.
