We’re hiring a Copywriter / Content Trainee to work alongside AI tools like ChatGPT and Notion AI — no experience needed, just critical thinking, editing skills, and curiosity about smart content workflows. You’ll assist in writing newsletters, product updates, and value-packed emails that don’t sound robotic or salesy. We’ll teach you how to brief an AI properly, improve its outputs, and know when to rewrite, restructure, or cut entirely. You’ll learn to write in different voices depending on the brand — from serious B2B to warm lifestyle tones. Expect to draft blog posts, polish landing page text, and help brainstorm headlines that convert without being cliché. You’ll help create copy for forms, modals, dropdowns, confirmation messages, and mobile flows. We’ll show you how to write with structure — every word serving a function, every sentence helping someone do something better. You’ll help repurpose blog content into shorter tips for email or social, learning how to adapt long to short and back again. We’ll guide you through basic SEO principles — how to structure text for readability and find the balance between keywords and natural voice.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be ready to adjust or rewrite pieces based on feedback, metrics, or shifting priorities.
• Support other writers, editors, or departments when content bottlenecks happen.
• Adapt tone and style depending on the audience, platform, and purpose of the piece.
• Use brand guidelines to maintain a consistent voice across all touchpoints.
• Edit your own drafts with a critical eye before submitting for review.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Grammarly, Hemingway, or similar tools to refine drafts.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, sourcing quotes, and verifying facts for credibility and accuracy.
• Pays attention to clarity, structure, grammar, and overall readability.
• Knows how to write for different mediums — web, print, social, newsletters, or scripts.
• Familiar with SEO writing practices, keyword placement, and crafting headlines that attract clicks.
