We’re hiring a Hairdresser who brings both skill and personality to the chair — someone who can listen, create, and help people leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. You’ll perform a wide range of services, including cuts, color, highlights, styling, and hair treatments for all hair types and textures. You’ll welcome each client with care, listen actively to their ideas, and collaborate to achieve results that feel both fresh and authentic. You’ll stay on top of style trends — from precision bobs to creative color melts — and confidently adapt them to individual needs. You’ll help guide clients through changes, whether it’s their first bold color or a subtle refresh that lifts their confidence. You’ll stay updated on new styles, color formulas, and techniques to keep your skills sharp and your clients inspired. You’ll maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation and safety protocols with consistency and care. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and salon products to keep hair looking and feeling great between visits. You’ll support new team members, help where needed, and contribute to a collaborative, upbeat salon culture.

Basic Qualifications:

• Offer additional services such as scalp treatments, deep conditioning, or keratin smoothing as needed.
• Stay calm under pressure during busy hours or demanding clients.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the salon’s standards.
• Style hair using blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, and products for everyday or special occasions.
• Assist with salon duties like cleaning, reception, and retail sales when required.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of scalp health, haircare routines, and post-treatment advice.
• Background or strong passion in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion.
• Skilled in coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full-color applications.
• Follows hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and client comfort.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Stylist, Salon Manager, or Educator.
