We’re hiring a Newsletter Copywriter who knows how to turn an email into a moment — not just a message. You’ll be responsible for crafting email campaigns that sound like they were written for one person — not blasted to a list. From product announcements to curated content, weekly tips to seasonal promos, you’ll write with clarity, charm, and just the right amount of persuasion. In this role, you'll craft everything from weekly newsletters to product announcements, editorial roundups, drip sequences, and customer updates, always with a tone that feels warm, confident, and human. Whether it’s a product launch, a behind-the-scenes story, a curated roundup, or a weekly check-in — you’ll know how to write it so it *feels* personal and intentional. You write with empathy, edit with intention, and keep your language human — no corporate jargon, no fluff.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create or refine reusable templates and content frameworks for recurring newsletters or campaigns.
• Craft compelling subject lines and preview text that drive high open and click-through rates without resorting to clickbait.
• Work with automation tools (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot) to preview, schedule, and QA emails.
• Write with mobile readers in mind—short paragraphs, scannable structure, and clear calls to action.
• Source quotes, testimonials, or social proof to give newsletters authenticity and trust signals.

Preferred:

• Understands tone, voice, and how to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Comfortable working with marketing teams, designers, and analytics specialists.
• Wants to grow into roles like Email Marketing Manager or Content Strategist.
• Has experience writing for different types of newsletters — editorial, promotional, or digest.
• Knows how to repurpose blog or social content into concise email formats.
