We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to join our fast-paced digital agency — no experience needed, just raw creativity, adaptability, and a hunger to learn. You’ll help bring our brand to life across lookbooks, packaging, social posts, and digital campaigns. We’ll teach you how to design within a fashion identity — clean, elevated, and emotionally resonant. You’ll learn tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch — and how to turn ideas into clickable prototypes. Expect quick turnarounds, brainstorms with wild ideas, and constant inspiration from the team around you. We’ll show you how to take content ideas and turn them into visuals people want to save, share, and remember. Expect to create designs that live in people’s feeds, not just in files — and learn what performs and why. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. You’ll work with developers, learning how to hand off clean files, export assets, and communicate your intent clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in brainstorms and toss out weird ideas—you never know what might click.
• Animate simple assets (if needed) for social or web using After Effects or similar.
• Translate vague ideas like 'make it pop' into real, usable work.
• Proof your work for errors and polish every pixel before handing it off.
• Design for real-world impact, not just aesthetics—your visuals should convert, clarify, or communicate.

Preferred:

• Willing to revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
• Able to design for both print and digital formats, including flyers, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Familiar with preparing files for print production and ensuring correct resolutions, bleeds, and formats.
• Capable of adapting designs to different target audiences or platform requirements.
• Familiar with accessibility best practices in visual content (contrast, readability, alt text).
