Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Remote Branding Consultant to help our clients define and elevate their brand identity. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and core values to build a compelling brand strategy. You’ll assist with the development of brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and audience targeting. You’ll help clients create compelling brand stories that highlight their unique value proposition and connect with customers emotionally. You’ll guide clients in crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with their audience and differentiate them from competitors. You’ll collaborate with clients to develop brand stories that effectively communicate who they are and why they matter. You’ll provide strategic advice on brand development, marketing campaigns, and growth strategies tailored to each client’s goals. You’ll assess the effectiveness of existing branding and recommend improvements or pivots based on market trends and audience insights. You’ll work remotely, offering your expertise to businesses of all sizes and industries, from startups to established companies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Offer ongoing consulting as needed—brand isn’t static, and you’ll help adapt it as markets or products evolve.
• Ensure the brand feels authentic, modern, and flexible enough to grow with the business.
• Stay updated on branding trends, design psychology, and communication shifts to offer fresh, relevant advice.
• Develop brand strategies that cover voice, positioning, storytelling, and visual alignment across platforms.
• Provide feedback on visual assets (logos, mockups, ads) to ensure they reflect the brand’s essence and positioning.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to competitor positioning and helps clients stand out authentically.
• Able to align brand identity with marketing strategy, UX, and customer experience.
• Organized in managing multiple branding projects and client timelines from discovery to delivery.
• Background or strong interest in branding, marketing strategy, storytelling, or design.
• Understands market research and how to define target personas and tone of voice.
