Description:

We’re looking for Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees to create UGC-style content for brands — no experience needed, just a natural vibe, camera confidence, and ability to speak like a real person, not a script. You’ll help bring our brand and creative concepts to life through video shoots, photos, and short-form social content. We’ll guide you through poses, movement, and visual storytelling that helps showcase clothing, accessories, and identity. Expect to film routines, GRWMs, product demos, favorite finds, cozy day edits, and quiet storytelling content. Expect to film on your phone, use natural lighting, and create content that feels like a recommendation from a friend, not an ad. You’ll learn how to hit angles, follow visual rhythm, and bring variation into your face, eyes, posture, and hands. We’ll teach you how to work with natural light, mirrors, tight spaces, and quick outfit changes like a pro. You’ll be working with products in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, or wellness depending on the campaign. Some shoots will be posed, others improvised — and you’ll get better at both with every session.

Basic Qualifications:

• Show up on time, prepared, and with a good attitude—people remember that.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to bring creative visions to life.
• Post regularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube using strategic timing and hashtags.
• Create sponsored content that feels genuine—not overly scripted or forced.
• Understand and interpret scripts, briefs, or moodboards to deliver the desired tone and emotion.

Preferred:

• Able to follow creative direction, scripts, or moodboards from photographers and directors.
• Comfortable working in studio or on-location shoots with fast-paced schedules and tight timelines.
• Able to collaborate with photographers, stylists, videographers, and creative teams.
• Can maintain a professional social media image aligned with client expectations.
• Values creativity, professionalism, and versatility in front of the camera.
