Description:

We’re looking for a Musician / Composer Trainee with a deep love for sound and a desire to learn how to bring ideas to life through music. You’ll assist in composing melodies, background scores, sound cues, and short audio loops for digital content, ads, or video games. You’ll help create original tracks for animations, commercials, short films, and online content under real production conditions. You’ll learn to arrange layers, write simple melodies, and experiment with harmonies and textures. Expect to work in digital audio workstations, learning how to arrange, layer, and export professional audio tracks. You’ll get to play with a variety of sounds — from orchestral to lo-fi beats — depending on the project’s needs. You’ll be surrounded by other creatives — editors, illustrators, writers — and your sound will complete their visions. You’ll learn to build audio libraries, manage stems, and deliver clean, production-ready tracks. You’ll learn how to compose music that communicates without words — just rhythm, texture, and tone.

Basic Qualifications:

• Compose original music tailored to various formats—film, games, ads, or live performances.
• Arrange and orchestrate music for different instruments, voices, or ensembles.
• Play instruments or conduct live sessions to bring your compositions to life.
• Provide multiple versions or stems of tracks to give editors flexibility.
• Adapt musical pieces to fit timing constraints, dialogue, or scene transitions.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to emotional tone, pacing, and atmosphere in musical storytelling.
• Organized with project files, track stems, and version control during the composition process.
• Experienced in exporting high-quality audio in multiple formats and organizing deliverables.
• Can adapt music to different platforms — social media reels, trailers, podcasts, mobile games, or corporate branding.
• Enjoys experimenting with harmony, melody, and rhythm to shape unique musical identities.
