Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who understands that great partnerships start with great communication. You’ll be responsible for sourcing influencers who match our niche, vibe, and campaign objectives — from micro to macro. You’ll scout influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond — always with relevance, not just reach, in mind. You’ll research influencers’ content, engagement, and community tone before ever saying hello. You’ll craft messages that are warm, personal, and relevant, increasing our chances of landing real conversations. You’ll track responses, follow up strategically, and keep clear records of all conversations in our CRM or tracker. You’ll manage back-and-forth comms, finalize agreements, and ensure each collaboration is smooth from intro to delivery. You know how to spot authentic engagement vs. You’ll also help develop influencer briefs and ensure the content created aligns with campaign goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep tabs on competitor stores, trends, and pricing strategies to stay ahead of market shifts.
• Manage product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy—adding descriptions, pricing, variants, and optimized images.
• Test website functionality regularly—checking links, buttons, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
• Monitor delivery times, tracking numbers, and customer feedback to detect and act on shipping issues early.
• Stay organized and responsive in a remote workflow, using tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets.

Preferred:

• Can spot low-quality or unreliable suppliers and escalate concerns if needed.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Experience uploading and editing product listings, including descriptions, titles, and images.
• Understands how to tag and categorize products for easy navigation and discovery.
• Basic understanding of how dropshipping works, from supplier to customer delivery.
