Description:
We’re hiring a Remote HR Coordinator to be the backbone of our HR operations, handling recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. You’ll handle the day-to-day administrative HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our remote workforce. You’ll guide new hires through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-prepared for their role. You’ll handle employee documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with compliance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. You’ll assist with employee performance reviews and personal development plans, helping employees achieve their full potential. You’ll ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, helping to mitigate risks and promote fairness. You’ll assist in creating and maintaining HR documentation, such as handbooks, training materials, and compliance records. You’ll also help with compliance, ensuring that the company follows labor laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including virtual events, surveys, or recognition programs.
- Assist with drafting and sending HR communications—welcome emails, policy updates, company-wide announcements.
- Help update and manage employee databases, internal directories, and Slack channels based on team changes.
- Support day-to-day HR operations remotely, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management in HRIS tools like BambooHR, Gusto, or Deel.
- Collaborate with payroll or finance to support salary updates, benefit enrollments, and compliance-related paperwork.
Preferred:
- Comfortable maintaining digital files, updating HR systems, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Willing to follow checklists and help improve workflows over time.
- Can assist in creating or updating internal HR policies, FAQs, and templates.
- Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, scheduling interviews, or managing documentation.
- Experience organizing virtual events like welcome calls, team introductions, or training sessions.
