Description:

We’re looking for a Music Producer who blends creative direction with technical excellence — someone who can craft bold, relevant, and emotionally resonant sound for today’s evolving music landscape. You’ll work closely with artists, writers, and engineers to shape the sonic direction of songs, EPs, or full albums. You’ll guide artists, clients, and creative teams through the production process — from sketch ideas to polished delivery. We expect you to bring your own musical instincts to the table, while also adapting to the vision and voice of each artist. You’ll manage sessions with empathy and focus, keeping momentum while giving artists room to explore and be vulnerable. You’ll manage recording sessions, provide creative input, and keep energy high while maintaining technical precision. You’ll manage stems, sessions, file delivery, and naming conventions across fast-moving deadlines and feedback loops. You’ll take ownership of timelines, track revisions, and final deliverables, ensuring nothing leaves the studio until it’s right. You’ll contribute to sound selection, harmonic structure, dynamic flow, and overall track cohesion.

Basic Qualifications:

• Organize and name stems, session files, and backups to keep the workflow smooth.
• Use DAWs like Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or FL Studio to record, edit, and produce tracks.
• Balance creativity with technical execution—great beats still need clean mixes.
• Make key decisions on structure, tempo, harmonies, and overall vibe during production.
• Optimize tracks for different platforms—streaming, radio, or live performance.

Preferred:

• Comfortable building beats, composing melodies, arranging tracks, and finalizing mixes.
• Pays strong attention to clarity, loudness, stereo imaging, and frequency balance in mixes.
• Familiar with sound selection, sampling, and using VSTs, synths, or hardware to craft original sounds.
• Understands song structure, dynamics, harmony, and rhythm to create commercially viable productions.
• Able to deliver stems, instrumentals, acapellas, or radio edits as needed for release or sync licensing.
