Join us as a Musician / Composer Trainee and start shaping soundscapes that move, inspire, and tell stories — no prior experience required, just musical curiosity and ambition. You’ll assist in composing melodies, background scores, sound cues, and short audio loops for digital content, ads, or video games. We’ll help you understand the basics of musical structure, mood building, and thematic development. We’ll guide you through the process of scoring scenes, writing loops, and arranging music for various emotional beats. Expect to work closely with sound designers, producers, and video editors to align audio with visuals. You’ll get to play with a variety of sounds — from orchestral to lo-fi beats — depending on the project’s needs. We’ll introduce you to royalty-free libraries, licensing basics, and the do’s and don’ts of public audio usage. Expect to collaborate often, adjust fast, and grow confident in a fast-moving creative environment. You’ll also help remix existing tracks, enhance emotional resonance, or add subtle cues that elevate a scene.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance artistic vision with practical needs—loopable cues, short stingers, full scores.
• Edit, mix, and master tracks so they’re production-ready and polished.
• Play instruments or conduct live sessions to bring your compositions to life.
• Perform live when needed or support rehearsals and sound checks for shows.
• Arrange and orchestrate music for different instruments, voices, or ensembles.

Preferred:

• Able to read and write sheet music or create MIDI-based compositions with professional sound libraries.
• Familiar with copyright, licensing, and royalty processes for original compositions.
• Proficient in playing one or more instruments and/or using digital composition tools like Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, or Sibelius.
• Organized with project files, track stems, and version control during the composition process.
• Thrives in solo or collaborative environments where storytelling and mood are driven through sound.
