Description:

We’re seeking a Webflow Developer who doesn’t just build websites — you craft digital experiences that feel smooth, modern, and intentional. You thrive in the space between design and development — taking static mockups and transforming them into dynamic, responsive, and conversion-focused websites. Whether it’s a marketing site, portfolio, landing page, or CMS-driven blog, you know how to architect clean layouts with consistent class naming, scalable structures, and thoughtful animations. You collaborate well with designers and understand how to translate Figma or Adobe XD files into precise builds — not just visually accurate, but functionally excellent. You’re comfortable building with client-first methodologies or using frameworks like Relume or Client-First by Finsweet. You’ve probably built landing pages, full websites, and maybe even Webflow templates that other creators rely on. You don’t just build — you solve problems, optimize flows, and bring ideas to life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Test sites thoroughly before publishing—across screen sizes, browsers, and device types.
• Help maintain internal documentation or loom walkthroughs for teams managing content or small tweaks post-launch.
• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS structures using Webflow's native tools to enhance UX without bloating performance.
• Use Webflow’s built-in form actions, integrations, or Zapier to connect front-end actions with backend tools.
• Help clients or teams migrate legacy sites to Webflow with minimal downtime and full fidelity.

Preferred:

• Familiar with client handoff processes and preparing Editor-friendly interfaces.
• Able to turn Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
• Proficient in Webflow with experience building responsive websites from scratch.
• Keeps up with Webflow updates, features, and the no-code development ecosystem.
• Enjoys creating clean, modern websites with intuitive user experience.
