Description:

You understand design systems and love the idea of making things scalable and consistent without stifling creativity. Accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design are second nature to you.

Basic Qualifications:

• Translate complex requirements into clean, elegant, and accessible interfaces that users actually enjoy.
• Balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose and enhances usability.
• Jump into user testing or customer interviews when needed—design is not just a desk job.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and UX/UI best practices to continuously level up your craft.
• Organize design files, document decisions, and make collaboration easy for other team members.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Values design ethics, clarity, and consistency across the user journey.
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
• Knows how to balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.
• Comfortable conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and iterating on designs.
