We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s excited about turning messy datasets into meaningful insights and loves asking, “What does this really tell us? You’ll help us make smarter business decisions by organizing raw data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insights. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should feel comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally have some experience with SQL or data visualization tools. In this role, you’ll assist in maintaining and building reports, cleaning datasets, and supporting various teams with the data they need to move faster and think clearer. Whether it’s helping marketing understand campaign performance or helping product teams uncover user patterns, you’ll play a part in shaping strategy with every chart and query. You’re the type who triple-checks formulas, labels charts clearly, and takes pride in delivering clean, reliable work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned data tasks or mini-projects.
• Grow fast by listening, practicing, and contributing ideas even if you're new.
• Stay organized with folders, naming conventions, and data versioning so files are always findable.
• Support ad hoc requests from different departments and learn how to prioritize under shifting demands.
• Support senior analysts by preparing reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help teams make data-driven decisions.

Preferred:

• Enjoys working with numbers, charts, and turning data into stories.
• Interested in learning more about data tools like Python, R, or Google Analytics.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely using tools like Slack, Notion, or Trello.
• Knows how to document findings, create visuals, and present insights clearly in slides or documents.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for organizing and analyzing data.
