Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and creative Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our online community. You’ll be responsible for fostering positive relationships with community members, responding to comments, and encouraging interaction. You’ll manage community platforms, create compelling content, and engage with followers to ensure they feel valued and heard. You’ll manage social media accounts, create content, and schedule posts that encourage community interaction and increase brand awareness. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align community efforts with broader brand initiatives and campaigns. You’ll track and analyze community engagement metrics, using data to adjust strategies and improve community experiences. You’ll resolve community issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive atmosphere. You’ll monitor community conversations, ensuring that the brand’s voice remains consistent and on-message across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Respond to questions or concerns in a timely, helpful manner—becoming the voice of support and positivity in the space.
  • Monitor discussions to ensure they stay respectful, on-topic, and aligned with community guidelines—stepping in calmly when moderation is needed.
  • Gather user feedback, feature requests, or pain points and share insights regularly with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop onboarding flows and welcome experiences that make new members feel seen, included, and excited to participate.
  • Stay active in relevant spaces, sharing knowledge, promoting community values, and building authentic relationships.

Preferred:

  • Interested in user advocacy and acting as a voice between community and company.
  • Comfortable engaging with members daily and encouraging participation without being pushy.
  • Background or interest in community building, brand engagement, digital communication, or support.
  • Able to write and schedule posts, newsletters, or polls that spark meaningful interaction.
  • Pays attention to tone, inclusivity, and brand consistency in all communications.

You’ll work with the customer support team to address any service-related issues within the community, ensuring satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with the customer support team to handle service-related concerns and ensure a smooth experience for users. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage and grow the community from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic team.
