Description:

We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to create engaging animations that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging motion graphics for video content, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure animations are aligned with brand identity and creative goals. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from explainer videos and product animations to advertisements and social media content. Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure animations are optimized for platform-specific specs and don’t impact page speed or playback quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to animate product flows, app interactions, or onboarding screens for better user experience.
• Adapt motion style to fit different tones—professional and minimal for enterprise, fun and bouncy for Gen Z, or bold and cinematic for storytelling.
• Maintain consistency across animated content so the brand identity feels unified across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely using Slack, Trello, Notion, Frame.io, or other async tools.

Preferred:

• Has a portfolio showcasing a variety of animated styles and use cases.
• Interested in experimenting with new tools, styles, and animation trends.
• Familiar with sound design basics or syncing motion to music, voiceovers, or SFX.
• Understands how to render and export videos in proper formats and resolutions.
• Familiar with design principles such as typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
