Description:
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Auto Mechanic who may not have all the experience yet, but brings the mindset, motivation, and hands-on curiosity to grow into a great one. If you’ve ever said “I just want to work with my hands and see the result of what I build,” this is your moment to make that real. You don’t need shop experience — just the willingness to show up, follow instructions, and learn how machines actually work. You’ll train directly in the bay, side by side with experienced technicians who’ll guide you from oil changes to complex diagnostics over time. You’ll inspect vehicles thoroughly, explain findings honestly, and never guess when safety is on the line. ” You’ll shadow live repairs, help prep vehicles, clean parts, replace filters, change tires, and watch how real diagnostics are done from the bay floor. ” You’ll be taught how to read service manuals, write clean job notes, and explain issues clearly to other techs or service advisors. You’ll learn the habits that make great mechanics: staying organized, checking your work, communicating clearly, and respecting safety at all times. You’ll keep your workspace clean, your tools organized, and your mind sharp on every job — big or small.
Basic Qualifications:
- Handle vehicle lifts, jacks, and tools safely—adhering to torque specifications and using proper repair techniques.
- Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices on shop procedures, tool usage, and repair best practices.
- Test drive vehicles before and after service to confirm repairs and ensure proper function and performance.
- Suggest preventative maintenance or future repairs based on observed wear, leaks, or system degradation.
- Use OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and manufacturer-specific software to troubleshoot check engine lights and system errors.
Preferred:
- Able to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks accurately.
- Open to learning new diagnostic tools and repair procedures as technology evolves.
- Willing to maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and personal workstation.
- Thrives in hands-on, collaborative work environments with daily variety and challenge.
- Values precision, safety, and honest workmanship on every repair job.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay that rewards your experience and expertise.
- Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) options — because we care about you off the clock too.
- We’ll keep you running — with a job that provides steady work and solid benefits.
- A culture that celebrates skill, dedication, and a job well done.
- Work in a shop that’s equipped with the latest tools and tech.
You’ll be part of a team that doesn’t expect perfection from day one — but does expect you to show up, care, and keep improving. You’ll start to recognize patterns: noises, wear, common failures — and eventually, you’ll stop needing to ask every time. ” You’ll log each job with accuracy and clarity, making it easy for the next tech or the front desk to pick up where you left off. You’ll start to feel when a brake pedal is “off,” hear when a belt’s about to go, and know when a customer’s story means more than what’s on the dash. You’ll be part of a team that respects each other’s craft — where every lift has standards, and every repair earns trust. You’ll work with people who want you to succeed — not compete — and who remember what it felt like to pick up a torque wrench for the first time. You’ll finish the program not just with skills, but with confidence, direction, and a team behind you that’s ready to keep investing in your future. If you’re ready to build something real with your hands — and want more than just “a job” — we’re ready to teach you a trade that lasts a lifetime.
