Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to help us create bold, scroll-stopping content for social media — no experience required, just energy, taste, and an eye for trends. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, learning how to turn briefs into beautiful, usable visuals that communicate clearly and look amazing. We’ll teach you how to design for speed, clarity, and conversion — without sacrificing style or originality. You’ll assist in creating assets for launches, editorials, seasonal drops, and influencer collaborations. You’ll learn how to combine fonts, colors, and motion to match internet culture and speak the platform’s language. Expect to assist on real projects for real clients — from marketing campaigns to internal visuals and product design support. You’ll observe how creative teams brainstorm, pitch, and revise ideas — and how collaboration brings designs to life. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. Every week, you’ll level up your skills: typography, layout, color theory, social formats, and brand voice adaptation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt and refine concepts based on team feedback, client input, or changing requirements.
• Create style guides, templates, or reusable assets to keep workflows smooth.
• Translate vague ideas like 'make it pop' into real, usable work.
• Handle multiple projects at once, juggling tight deadlines without dropping quality.
• Meet with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision—even if they don’t speak 'design'.

Preferred:

• Able to create custom illustrations, infographics, icons, or social media assets from scratch.
• Organized with version control, asset folders, and naming conventions for efficient file sharing.
• Willing to present design concepts to stakeholders and explain design decisions confidently.
• Pays attention to brand consistency and able to work within established style guides.
• Understands layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for creating impactful designs.
