Description:

We’re seeking a Nurse who can balance clinical expertise with human connection — someone who can manage a busy shift, support their team, and still take time to make each patient feel seen. You’ll work with individuals who require long-term or chronic care, getting to know their routines, personalities, and progress in detail. You’ll collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create and follow treatment plans. You’ll administer medications, change dressings, and track vital signs with consistency and precision. You’ll take the time to explain, listen, and reassure — whether you’re with a worried parent, a confused elderly patient, or someone in recovery. You’ll prepare patients for tests, provide pre- and post-op support, and make sure they understand what’s happening and why. You’ll assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers, helping patients navigate the system with dignity and clarity. You’ll document care in real time, with attention to detail and a clear understanding of legal and procedural requirements. You’ll handle families with grace — providing updates, reassurance, and clear communication even under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to deliver holistic patient care.
• Respond calmly and efficiently in emergencies—whether it’s CPR, trauma, or sudden deterioration.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of patient care, observations, and clinical decisions.
• Update care plans as patients improve, decline, or change diagnoses.
• Assist during code blues, emergencies, or rapid response events with focus and precision.

Preferred:

• Proficient in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting medical records accurately.
• Committed to ongoing learning through certifications, workshops, or evidence-based practice updates.
• Background or passion in nursing, healthcare, or public health service.
• Wants to grow into roles like Nurse Practitioner, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Educator.
• Comfortable performing wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other routine procedures.
