Description:
We’re welcoming a Secretary Trainee who wants to understand the heartbeat of a functioning office and support daily operations with care and precision. You’ll assist in organizing documents, updating digital records, and learning how structured systems keep things running smoothly. You’ll assist in preparing reports, formatting letters, and proofreading outgoing documents for grammar and accuracy. You’ll be responsible for answering calls and emails professionally and routing them to the appropriate person or department. You’ll observe how to prioritize tasks, manage daily checklists, and keep work flowing even during busy hours. You’ll learn how to prepare meeting rooms, manage guest check-ins, and take minutes during internal meetings. You’ll be introduced to document management systems, cloud storage tools, and shared calendars used by the whole team. You’ll support team leaders with small tasks like printing, copying, organizing folders, or preparing reports. You’ll work closely with multiple departments, gaining exposure to different workflows and office cultures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as they arise with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build trust with your team by being reliable, respectful, and solutions-oriented.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts or logistical issues before they become a problem.

- Able to coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, or events with vendors, attendees, and internal teams.
