We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships and help us scale smart. You’ll support the affiliate team in managing day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while also helping us build strong, productive relationships with partners. You’ll be the person behind the scenes ensuring affiliates get what they need when they need it — from promo assets and discount codes to timely communication and performance updates. You’ll help onboard new affiliates with welcome kits, assist with campaign planning, and monitor engagement to spot high-potential partners worth nurturing. Communication will be a big part of your role: you’ll respond to affiliate questions, help troubleshoot minor issues, and work cross-functionally with marketing and analytics teams to gather reports and insights. You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable managing recurring tasks without constant reminders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be the behind-the-scenes engine that helps affiliates feel supported, motivated, and ready to promote.
• Help onboard new affiliates by sharing guidelines, tracking links, creatives, and answering basic questions.
• Assist in recruiting micro-influencers or niche partners who might fly under the radar but bring strong ROI.
• Organize folders, spreadsheets, and asset libraries so affiliates always have what they need at their fingertips.
• Join affiliate webinars, training calls, or community chats to stay connected and informed.

Preferred:

• Curious about how affiliates monetize blogs, YouTube, TikTok, or newsletters.
• Understands the value of long-term affiliate relationships over one-time conversions.
• Willing to learn about SEO, content marketing, and how traffic affects affiliate success.
• Able to review affiliate applications and screen for relevance and quality.
• Can write simple briefs or updates for partners about upcoming promotions.
