Description:
We’re hiring a Digital Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of function and feeling — someone who believes great design quietly solves problems while leaving a lasting impression. You won’t just be designing UI elements — you’ll be contributing to the strategy behind product decisions, ensuring that every flow, feature, and micro-interaction serves a real user need. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into smart, elegant solutions that scale. Whether you’re mapping user journeys, prototyping interactive flows, or refining UI components, you’re always thinking holistically about how design impacts the full product experience. You’re just as comfortable sketching on paper as you are working in Figma, and you know how to move from low-fi to polished mockups with confidence. You're thoughtful with your decisions and can explain *why* something works, not just *how* it looks. You’re familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, but more importantly, you understand *why* you're using them. Accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design are second nature to you.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data insights, and internal reviews—perfection is a process, not a destination.
- Design for real-world constraints like time, tech limitations, and business goals—creativity thrives in boundaries.
- Jump into user testing or customer interviews when needed—design is not just a desk job.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and UX/UI best practices to continuously level up your craft.
Preferred:
- Understands the impact of good design on business metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Pays attention to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Interested in staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Knows how to prioritize tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Willing to explore feedback from users and adapt designs to real-world needs.
Benefits:
- You’ll always have room to learn, push back, and try wild ideas.
- Remote-first culture with optional creative retreats (yes, with moodboards).
- Side projects are welcome — we love curious minds.
- Access to paid tools like Figma Pro, IconJar, and all the fonts you secretly love.
- Design from wherever you feel most creative — home, studio, or mountain café.
You keep the user in mind at every step, validating your choices through data, testing, or just sharp instinct. You welcome critique as a way to refine, not defend, and you treat collaboration as an essential part of the process — not a checkpoint. You see constraints not as obstacles, but as a creative challenge. Let’s create intuitive, thoughtful products that people don’t have to think twice about — they just work. Let’s make things people enjoy using — not just tolerate. ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
