Description:

We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who wants more than just a job — someone who values flexibility, team spirit, and the chance to make people’s day through great service. You’ll guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and answer questions with patience and clarity. You’ll learn the menu, including ingredients and common allergens, so you can answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. You’ll learn the menu thoroughly so you can explain dishes, suggest pairings, and answer allergy or ingredient questions with confidence. You’ll be shown how to carry plates, handle drinks, and deliver food safely and professionally. You’ll refill drinks, check in mid-meal, and anticipate needs before guests have to ask. You’ll help clear and reset tables efficiently, keeping the dining room clean and inviting for the next party. You’ll follow all hygiene and safety standards, treating each shift with professionalism and responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay on top of timing—know when to fire the next course or close out a table.
• Memorize regular guests’ preferences to add a personal touch to repeat visits.
• Support host staff and bussers when needed to keep the dining flow smooth.
• Report any equipment issues, spills, or safety concerns to management right away.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including sanitizing tables and handling utensils properly.

Preferred:

• Enjoys making people feel welcome and contributing to a memorable dining experience.
• Comfortable with multitasking and remaining composed during peak service hours.
• Able to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
• Team-oriented and ready to support other servers, hosts, or bussers during busy periods.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Waiter, Shift Lead, or Restaurant Manager.
