We’re seeking a Freelance Blog Writer who has a way with words — someone who can turn a simple idea into a story readers actually want to finish. You’re someone who can take a topic (even a boring one) and turn it into something engaging, useful, and maybe even a little fun. From SEO-optimized articles to in-depth editorial pieces, you can shift tones, adapt styles, and still maintain a clear, engaging voice throughout. In this role, you’ll pitch, research, and write blog posts that inform, entertain, and drive traffic — whether it's thought leadership, product tutorials, SEO-driven how-tos, or industry roundups. You’re comfortable writing for different tones — from casual and witty to formal and authoritative — and can adjust your voice to suit the brand or audience. Your writing voice is flexible, but always clear and human. You know how to research with care, cite responsibly, and structure content in a way that’s easy to read and hard to ignore.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain your own tools and workspace as a freelancer, ensuring reliable output and file management.
• Submit polished drafts by deadline and revise quickly based on editor or client feedback.
• Use tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or SurferSEO to ensure clarity, tone, and keyword performance.
• Manage multiple assignments at once and communicate proactively if delays or blockers arise.
• Contribute to content calendars, helping plan topics that align with launches, seasons, or events.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to formatting details, readability, and mobile-friendly structure.
• Currently studying or has background in journalism, communications, or marketing.
• Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging, and adaptable tone.
• Has experience writing for SEO agencies, affiliate sites, or niche blogs.
• Can research unfamiliar topics and write confidently based on trusted sources.
