Description:

We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy Online Course Assistant to help manage and support the daily operations of our digital learning programs. You’ll be the go-to person for students needing help navigating the platform, accessing materials, or understanding what’s due and when. You’re the type of person who catches a missing assignment link before anyone notices and sends out reminders that somehow feel friendly, not nagging. You’ll respond to student questions via chat, email, or discussion boards, provide helpful reminders about assignments, and assist instructors with uploading content, managing schedules, and tracking engagement. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping others learn, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll bring structure to the learning process without making it rigid, and your communication style makes people feel at ease. If you enjoy keeping things organized, love helping others succeed, and are familiar with tools like Google Drive, Zoom, and LMS platforms, we’d love to have you on our team. You’ll help schedule live sessions, send gentle reminders, and make sure the learning journey is smooth from start to finish. Communication is your superpower — you know how to write messages that are friendly, clear, and never condescending.

Basic Qualifications:

• Liaise between students and instructors when questions need expert clarification.
• Gather testimonials, ratings, or success stories from students for marketing purposes.
• Moderate live sessions (Zoom/Webinar) by managing Q&A, chat, and technical issues behind the scenes.
• Collect and summarize feedback from learners to help improve course quality over time.
• Create and maintain FAQs, guides, or walkthroughs to reduce repetitive support questions.

Preferred:

• Strong written communication skills for replying to student questions and providing updates.
• Can help organize feedback from students or track their progress and engagement.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth student learning experience.
• Interest in education, e-learning platforms, or digital course delivery.
• Eager to assist instructors in managing content uploads, announcements, and assignments.
