Description:

We’re hiring a UX Copywriter Trainee — no prior experience required, just strong attention to language, structure, and how words guide users through products. You’ll assist in writing newsletters, product updates, and value-packed emails that don’t sound robotic or salesy. We’ll teach you how to structure an email: subject lines, hooks, body, and clear CTAs that actually get clicked. You’ll learn how to build trust with sources, take notes quickly, and write pieces that reflect complexity without confusion. Expect to rewrite confusing labels, break long instructions into steps, and add warmth or clarity to default system messages. You’ll get familiar with Notion, Google Docs, MailerLite or Brevo, and tools like Grammarly or Hemingway for clarity and tone. We’ll guide you in using AI as a creative partner — not a shortcut — and teach you how to preserve quality while speeding up production. Some days you’ll cover real-time updates, other days you’ll chase slower stories that take time to unfold — both matter. We’ll teach you how to work with briefs, deadlines, and feedback — and how to revise fast without losing your voice.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use brand guidelines to maintain a consistent voice across all touchpoints.
• Conduct interviews or gather quotes from experts, stakeholders, or people on the ground.
• Edit your own drafts with a critical eye before submitting for review.
• Take pride in details—names spelled right, facts checked, tone on point.
• Turn complex subjects into content that feels accessible, interesting, and human.

Preferred:

• Comfortable conducting interviews, sourcing quotes, and verifying facts for credibility and accuracy.
• Able to transform complex topics into clear, engaging narratives that inform or persuade.
• Willing to ghostwrite, write under a byline, or support thought leadership content.
• Values truth, clarity, creativity, and relevance in every word written.
• Familiar with SEO writing practices, keyword placement, and crafting headlines that attract clicks.
