Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things moving — fast, smooth, and with zero drama. You’ll take full ownership of after-hours operations, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You’ll manage a team with clarity, fairness, and clear expectations — because confusion slows everything down. Whether it's tracking KPIs, coaching a team member, or solving a delivery delay, you thrive where things move fast. You’ll monitor KPIs closely — including order accuracy, pick rate, dock-to-stock time, and inventory shrink. You’ll conduct regular audits to verify stock integrity, equipment readiness, and process consistency. You’ll track numbers daily, optimize layout flow, and always know which pallet should *not* be on that rack. You’ll be the person others count on to fix problems fast and communicate clearly when it matters. You’ll conduct nightly safety checks, lockups, and log completions without compromise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt quickly to unexpected changes in supply, demand, or transportation disruptions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify trends or gaps.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of all stock to facilitate accurate scanning and tracking.
• Support warehouse software rollouts or upgrades by training staff and ensuring data integrity throughout transitions.

Preferred:

• Able to manage warehouse layout for optimal flow, safety, and storage efficiency.
• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL coordination if needed.
• Familiar with inventory control systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
• Background or interest in supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
