Description:

We’re looking for a Pharmacist who’s equal parts science nerd, people person, and cool under pressure. You’ll be the one patients trust when they feel overwhelmed by prescriptions, diagnoses, or side effects. You’ll check prescriptions with laser focus — spotting errors, catching interactions, and asking the questions others don’t. You’ll check dosages, flag interactions, and ask the tough questions others might miss. You’ll collaborate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers — forming a bridge between treatment plans and real-life use. You’ll review charts, follow protocols, and never cut corners — because safety always comes first. You know how to lead a team, support your techs, and keep the day moving — even when it’s a Monday and the line is 12 deep. You’ll never rush a question, never shrug off a concern, and never forget that health is deeply personal. You’ll bring calm to chaos and clarity to confusion, whether it’s a new prescription or an urgent refill at closing time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide accurate drug information and clinical insights to healthcare providers, patients, and team members.
• Report and document adverse drug reactions or medication errors according to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Stay compliant with licensing requirements and continuing education to maintain credentials and professional knowledge.
• Educate patients on over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and medical devices, helping them make informed decisions.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle changes or complementary therapies that may support their overall treatment plan.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Pharmacy Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, or Consultant Pharmacist.
• Comfortable providing patient education regarding side effects, storage, and adherence.
• Comfortable working in both community and clinical pharmacy environments.
• Able to collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions or recommend alternatives.
• Able to support vaccination programs and administer immunizations where permitted.
